There is no Lynn Haven roads, its called Hampton Roads, is the area of the 6 cities of SE Virginia (Norfolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Newport News and Hampton). This location is I believe off the shore of Virginia Beach, near an area called Lynnhaven. Lynnhaven is near Fort Story, a US Army base. Hope this clarifies it for you.
