German War Machines in Denmark
A discarded German panzer and halftrack as seen in Esbjerg, Denmark, January 1946. Notice the excellence of those original color slides. The tank is a Panzerkampfwagen III (7,5 cm Kw.K. L/24) Typ mit Turm,-und Seitenschürzen (Sd.Kfz. 141/2) Ausf. N (Nr. 307), while the halftrack is Schwerer Zugkraftwagen 18-ton (Sd.Kfz. 9) „FAMO“. They were both former Vehicles from the 233. Panzer-Division (3./Panzer-Abteilung 55). Also next to the Sd.Kfz. 9 is the MITSD.AH.52 Carriage to transport either a 2cm Flakvierling 30 or 38.
